Elite Building Compliance Ltd has been founded on a solid base of experience and skills gained over many years of involvement in Building, Building Compliance Management, Fire Protection, Building Maintenance Management, Project Management and Asset Management.

With the introduction of the New Zealand Building Act in 1991 our Director was at the forefront of designing, and setting up compliance management systems and facilities management programmes for many large organisations.

Our objective is to provide you with a “One Stop” service and take the complications out of the Building Compliance Industry. Provide you with a hassle free service to ensure that your building Complies with the New Zealand Building Codes and that your assets remain fully operable.  This peace of mind will In turn ensure that a safe and healthy environment is provided for employees, tenants and members of the public giving you peace of mind.
